About the Role:
We are a real estate mandate firm looking for a CRM Operations Executive to manage Zoho CRM across multiple real estate projects, ensuring smooth lead flow, team accountability, and automated communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Zoho CRM daily across multiple project pipelines
- Track team tasks, follow-ups, and CRM data accuracy
- Manage lead sources and CRM integrations (portals, ads, telephony)
- Build reports/dashboards for management
- Set up and monitor automated WhatsApp & email campaigns
- Troubleshoot CRM/workflow issues
Requirements:
- 1 year experience with Zoho CRM (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Excel/Sheets
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business tools & email automation
- Real estate/sales-ops exposure preferred
- Strong attention to detail, process-oriented mindset
