Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our B2B network, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with travel agencies and corporate partners. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent communication, and experience in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and acquire new B2B travel agency partners across Gujarat and India.
- Promote Dragon Global DMC's China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Canton Fair packages.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product training sessions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing travel partners.
- Prepare customized quotations and business proposals.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed business.
- Coordinate with the operations team for seamless service delivery.
- Represent the company at travel exhibitions, networking events, and trade fairs.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and submit regular sales reports.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
