About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in hotel, resort, hospitality, or travel sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating bookings, handling customer inquiries, promoting resort and hotel packages, and achieving sales targets through telecalling, email marketing, and online communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed resort and hotel bookings.
- Promote room packages, holiday packages, corporate events, weddings, and group bookings.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and individual customers.
- Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain customer records and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with reservations, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, hotel sales, resort sales, hospitality sales, or travel sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in selling hotel rooms, holiday packages, or event bookings.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and customer service standards.
- Experience handling corporate and leisure travel clients.
