We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated MBA HR Intern to join our HR team at Baner, Pune. This internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are eager to build their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities
- Sourcing and screening candidates from job portals
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Maintaining employee and candidate records
- Support in onboarding and joining formalities
- Assist in HR documentation and administrative tasks
- Follow-up with candidates and maintain database
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA/PGDM in HR pursuing or completed
- Fresher candidates can apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Quick learner with positive attitude
Preferred Candidate:
- Immediate joiner
- Candidate residing near Baner or willing to relocate
