Role Description
We're looking for a curious and detail-oriented AI Automation Tester Intern to help us evaluate, test, and improve AI-powered workflows used across marketing, operations, and healthcare communication.
You'll work closely with our automation team to test AI agents, prompt workflows, automations, and integrations, identify issues, document bugs, and ensure reliable outputs before deployment. This role is ideal for someone interested in AI, automation, quality assurance, and problem-solving—even without prior coding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Test AI automations, workflows, and prompt-based systems for accuracy and consistency.
- Execute predefined testing scenarios and document results.
- Identify bugs, failures, hallucinations, incorrect outputs, and workflow issues.
- Compare AI-generated responses against expected outcomes.
- Test automations involving ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI tools.
- Validate automation workflows built using platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Report issues clearly with screenshots, recordings, and reproduction steps.
- Assist in improving prompts for better AI performance.
- Maintain testing documentation, bug reports, and QA checklists.
- Work with the automation team to verify fixes and perform regression testing.
- Suggest improvements to enhance automation reliability and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or similar platforms.
- Good written communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
- Curious mindset with a willingness to learn AI technologies.
- Ability to follow testing procedures and document findings clearly.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Must own a personal laptop and bring it to the office daily (mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or other Generative AI tools.
- Basic understanding of automation platforms such as n8n, Make.com, or Zapier.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering concepts.
- Exposure to software testing or QA methodologies.
- Basic understanding of APIs is an advantage.
- Experience documenting bugs using Notion, ClickUp, Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
- Knowledge of Tamil is an added advantage.
