Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MEP Engineer with strong experience in MEP design, drafting, and project coordination. The candidate will lead junior engineers, resolve technical queries, and ensure smooth execution of MEP projects from design to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and support junior engineers and draftsmen in preparing MEP drawings in compliance with project specifications, BOQ, consultant comments, and Site requirements.
- Coordinate MEP drafting activities and ensure the timely preparation and submission of shop drawings and related project deliverables.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Architectural, and Structural drawings to resolve design clashes and technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with CAD standards, company procedures, and project requirements while maintaining drawing quality and meeting project deadlines.
- Manage drawing revisions and ensure all approved drawings are issued to site teams with the latest updates.
- Review BOQs, material submittals, technical submissions, and project documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP design and construction projects.
- Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD and capable of independently preparing and reviewing MEP drawings.
- Strong understanding of MEP design principles, drafting standards, and coordination procedures.
- Ability to lead teams and handle multiple projects effectively.
- Candidates based in Trivandrum (Prefered)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
- String Knowledge in CAD software.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
