Glenz International Academy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced, result-oriented, and responsible Senior HR Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team.
We specialize in overseas recruitment for healthcare professionals, particularly nurses, as well as non-medical professionals for opportunities across GCC countries and other international markets. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, leading the recruitment team, coordinating with candidates and clients, and achieving hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and non-medical positions.
- Source, screen, shortlist, and recruit qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Handle recruitment for GCC healthcare positions, including nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Handle recruitment for non-medical positions across various industries and job categories.
- Develop and maintain candidate databases through job portals, social media, professional networks, references, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and preliminary assessments.
- Coordinate candidate documentation, verification, and recruitment formalities.
- Manage and coordinate DataFlow and related documentation processes for applicable healthcare recruitment.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial screening to selection, deployment, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with clients/employers regarding vacancies, candidate requirements, interviews, and selection updates.
- Lead, guide, and monitor junior recruiters and recruitment team members.
- Allocate recruitment targets and responsibilities to team members.
- Track daily and monthly recruitment performance and ensure targets are achieved.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate status, and reporting.
- Resolve recruitment-related issues professionally and ensure smooth coordination between candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Work independently and take ownership of recruitment operations and team performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR recruitment / overseas recruitment, preferably in healthcare recruitment.
- Experience in GCC healthcare recruitment will be highly preferred.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes for nurses, healthcare professionals, and non-medical candidates.
- Familiarity with DataFlow, licensing, documentation, and overseas recruitment procedures is an added advantage.
- Experience in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage recruitment operations effectively.
- Target-oriented approach with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Candidates with experience in GCC recruitment agencies, overseas recruitment, healthcare recruitment, or staffing companies will be preferred.
