We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team in Porvorim, Goa. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing modern, responsive websites and mobile applications, with a strong understanding of both UX and UI design.

Understand project requirements, user needs, and business objectives.

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

Design responsive websites and mobile applications.

Create interactive prototypes using Figma.

Develop and maintain reusable design systems and UI components.

Collaborate with developers, project managers, and clients to ensure accurate implementation.

Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback.

Ensure consistency across layouts, typography, colours, spacing, and visual elements.

Present design concepts and clearly communicate design decisions.

Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Stay updated with current UI/UX trends and best practices.

2–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile UI/UX projects.

Proficiency in Figma.

Strong understanding of wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and interaction design.

Good knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.
-
Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, grids, and visual hierarchy.

Experience with design systems and reusable components.

Understanding of usability and user-centred design principles.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS will be an advantage.

Experience designing SaaS products, web applications, or mobile apps.

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite / Adobe XD.

Experience with animations and micro-interactions.

Understanding of accessibility and WCAG guidelines.

Experience working with international clients.

Basic understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or React Native.
