Position Summary
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills who can represent the company professionally and contribute to achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and client meetings.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide customized solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, contracts, and business presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms while ensuring profitability.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer database.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry forums to generate business opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients wherever applicable.
- Represent the organization with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-centric approach.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
