Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design team and oversee all creative outputs.
- Conceptualize and execute visually compelling designs aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage end-to-end design projects including social media creatives, websites, ads, branding, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
- Ensure consistency in design across all platforms while maintaining brand identity and standards.
- Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design innovations.
- Handle client requirements and revisions professionally.
- Guide and mentor junior designers to improve team performance and creativity.
- Optimize designs for different platforms including web, mobile, and print formats.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative, branding, and digital design work.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva and specially CorelDRAW.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Creativity with attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Good Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
- Creativity, originality, and adherence to brand standards.
- Meeting deadlines for assigned projects.
- Efficiency and output of junior designers under supervision.
- Introduction of new design concepts, trends, or tools.
- Number of projects handled per month
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
