- Relationship Building: Serve as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for assigned clients, building rapport and ensuring consistent value.
- Retention & Growth: Manage contract renewals and proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the "client advocate" internally, working with product, marketing, and sales teams to execute campaigns and resolve technical or operational issues.
- Issue Resolution: Take ownership of client complaints or escalations, addressing concerns swiftly and improving the overall buyer experience.
- Reporting & Strategy: Analyze account metrics, prepare status/forecast reports, and present data-driven strategies to achieve mutual business objectives
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
