Job Title: RPA Developer

Job Summary
We're looking for an RPA Developer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Automate and Automation Anywhere. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of RPA development and platform administration experience (minimum 6 months in admin activities) and a passion for building scalable automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and Automation Anywhere.
- Identify and automate business processes to improve efficiency.
- Integrate automations with enterprise applications and cloud services.
- Administer and maintain Power Automate and Automation Anywhere environments.
- Monitor platform performance, security, governance, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and enhance existing automation workflows.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Automation Anywhere.
- Experience in both RPA development and platform administration (minimum 6 months of administration experience).
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, VBScript, or .NET.
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience integrating automation solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform/Power Automate or Automation Anywhere.
- Experience with AI Builder, Process Advisor, Dataverse, and Jira.
- Exposure to Pega or other BPM platforms.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
