The Store Manager for Helios Luxe (a premium retail venture by Titan Company Limited) is responsible for driving store profitability, managing luxury watch inventories, and delivering highly personalized, VIP client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Deliver exceptional luxury customer experience.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
- Manage daily store operations and ensure SOP compliance.
- Oversee inventory, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Build relationships with premium and HNI customers.
- Prepare sales reports and monitor store performance.
- Ensure high standards of store appearance and customer service.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of retail experience in a managerial role.
- Experience in luxury, watches, jewelry, fashion, or premium retail required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication, customer handling, and team management skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
