- Oversee overall branch operations and performance
- Lead and manage sales, design, project execution, and customer service teams
- Drive revenue growth and achieve branch business targets
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments for project delivery
- Monitor branch profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Mentor, and develop team members
- Maintain high operational and quality standards
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in B2C sales or client handling
- Basic understanding of interior design process (preferred)
- Good coordination and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
