Job Title: 3D Modeller – Civil & Structural

Job Summary
The 3D Modeller – Civil & Structural is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering high?quality 3D models for civil and structural projects across concept, detailed design, and construction stages. The role demands strong technical expertise, design coordination skills, and the ability to guide junior modellers while ensuring compliance with project standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities3D Modelling & Design
- Develop accurate and detailed 3D models for civil and structural components including foundations, buildings, steel structures, roads, drainage, and infrastructure systems.
- Prepare models in accordance with project specifications, applicable codes
- Generate construction drawings, general arrangement (GA) drawings, sections, and details from 3D models.
- Perform clash detection and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design conflicts.
Project Support
- Collaborate with design engineers, project managers, and construction teams to address design queries.
- Support constructability reviews and value engineering exercises.
- Update models based on design changes, RFIs, and site inputs.
- Assist in quantity extraction and material take?offs when required.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 4-6 years
Project Type: Wet Utility, Dry Utility, and
Highway projects
Notice Period: Immediate joiners are
preferred; candidates with up to a 1-month
notice period will also be considered
Project Experience: UAE and other Middle East projects
Client Coordination: Candidates must have
experience in client coordination and should
be capable of independently handling client
interactions
Pay: From ₹500,000.00 per year
