About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead business development initiatives, expand market presence, and build strong client relationships in the architecture and real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive new business, market penetration, PR activities and revenue maximization.
· Build strong relationships with developers and key stakeholders.
· Lead and develop the business development team.
· Coordinate with operations, finance and legal teams.
· Manage agreements, invoices and payment follow-ups.
Qualifications & Skills
· Graduate + MBA (Bachelor of Architecture + MBA preferred).
· 12–16 years of experience in architectural or real estate industry.
· Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and CRM software.
· Business and commercial acumen with strong networking abilities.
