Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls
- Explain diagnostic packages and services
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups
- Maintain patient records and call reports
- Coordinate with lab and field staff
- Provide excellent customer support
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English and Hindi*
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in tele calling or healthcare preferred
- Freshers can also apply

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Rotational Shift (No Night Shift Required *)
