Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1+ years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT profiles. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing the complete hiring process while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT and Non-IT roles across multiple levels.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Utilize platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools to identify and connect with potential candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and create effective job descriptions.
- Shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and ensure timely feedback to all stakeholders.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database with accurate candidate information.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports and statistics for internal use.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and uphold confidentiality and professionalism throughout the process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1+ years of proven experience in recruitment (IT and Non-IT hiring).
- Hands-on experience using Naukri Portal and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve recruitment targets.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
