About the Role
We are hiring Assistant Client Managers and Client Managers to drive sales, manage client relationships, and convert leads into successful interior design projects. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy client interaction, business development, and working toward measurable sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming leads promptly and effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Generate leads through personal networking, prospecting, and cold calling (50% self-generated; company provides the remaining 50%)
- Develop channel partners to create new business opportunities
- Convert cold, active, and inactive leads into confirmed projects
- Maintain an organized, up-to-date database of prospective clients
- Prepare rough and final project cost estimates based on client requirements
- Collect booking/token amounts and coordinate part/final payments
- Coordinate with the design team to share client drawings with the factory
- Consistently meet monthly and annual sales targets
- Collect client feedback upon project completion to ensure satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) with a specialization in Sales & Marketing
- Freshers welcome; 1–2 years of relevant sales experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong lead generation and client handling abilities
- Familiarity with sales processes and estimation software (training provided)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined to work consistently from office/on-site

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
