Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Online Phonics & English Teachers to conduct interactive live classes for children. If you enjoy teaching young learners and have experience delivering engaging online lessons, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Conduct live online Phonics and English classes via Zoom.
- Teach phonics, reading, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and spoken English.
- Create an engaging and interactive learning environment.
- Help students improve confidence, communication, and personality development.
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom activities.
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism during all scheduled classes.
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of teaching experience in Phonics, English, or Early Childhood Education.
- Certification or experience in Phonics (Jolly Phonics or equivalent preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation.
- Confident, energetic, and child-friendly teaching style.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms such as Zoom.
- Basic computer skills and ability to manage virtual classrooms.
- Must own a laptop with a working webcam and microphone.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Strong communication, patience, and classroom management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience teaching children from KG to Grade 5.
- Knowledge of personality development and public speaking activities for children.
- Creative teaching methods using games, stories, and visual learning tools.
