Handling vendor coordination (courier, travel, housekeeping, etc.)
Maintaining bills, invoices, and purchase records
Travel & Accommodation
Booking travel tickets and hotel arrangements for employees or guests
Asset Management
Maintaining records of office assets, laptops, and equipment
General Office Coordination
Handling front office tasks, courier dispatch, and visitor management
Recruitment & Onboarding
Posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews
Coordinating offer letters and joining formalities
Employee induction and documentation
