Automation CoE in Controllership is playing a key role in creating state-of-the-art automation solutions. This team integrates human thinking with machine efficiency to deliver process excellence. The team works to understand processes, automate repeatable, rule based manual intensive tasks, create analytics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness by various tool integrations and processes reengineering.
Purpose of the Role: The purpose of this role is to drive next-gen finance transformation by combining Generative AI, Agentic AI, cloud, and automation to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions. This role focuses on building AI-first, cloud-native automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making across finance processes.
0-3 years of Experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, or intelligent automation use cases
Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform is a strong plus.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data engineering concepts
Experience with ETL, orchestration tools, or workflow automation platforms
Understanding of finance processes (GL, reporting, reconciliations, etc.)
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to drive end-to-end delivery independently in a fast-paced environment
Exposure to finance automation / reporting transformation initiatives will be a plus
Experience with Agentic AI frameworks or advanced LLM applications will be a plus
Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field
Experience building AI-powered dashboards or monitoring solutions will be a plus
