Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies for SGES projects
- Generate leads, build pipeline, and close deals
- Understand client needs across sectors (Real Estate, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Govt.)
- Offer customized technical solutions
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Act as primary contact for technical sales queries
3. Technical Support
- Provide technical guidance on products/services
- Prepare proposals, technical documents, and presentations
- Conduct case study discussions with clients
4. Market Research
- Track market trends, competitors, and client needs
- Identify new business opportunities and segments
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Share sales reports, forecasts, and insights
- Coordinate with engineering & project teams
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering
Experience:
- 5+ years in technical sales (preferably geotechnical/civil)
- Proven sales target achievement
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering
- Understanding of Indian industry standards
Communication:
- Excellent English communication & presentation skills
Personal Traits:
- Self-driven, proactive, target-oriented
- Strong negotiation & interpersonal skills
- Open to travel across India
Preferred Profile
- Experience in large infrastructure/geotechnical projects
- Strong industry network in India
- Familiarity with SGES services/products (added advantage)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
