Concept Made Easy (CME) is an innovative EdTech platform committed to delivering high-quality education through concept-based learning. We aim to make learning simple, engaging, and result-oriented for students from Classes 6 to 12.
Job Summary
We are looking for passionate, knowledgeable, and student-focused teachers who can explain concepts clearly, motivate learners, and contribute to CME's mission of quality education. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, effective communication skills, and a positive attitude toward continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach assigned subjects according to the CME curriculum.
- Conduct engaging online and offline classes.
- Prepare lesson plans, notes, presentations, assignments, and practice questions.
- Clear students' doubts effectively.
- Evaluate tests, assignments, and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Track student performance and report progress.
- Coordinate with the Academic Head regarding curriculum and class planning.
- Attend faculty meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
- Record lectures whenever required.
- Maintain confidentiality of academic material and student information.
- Follow all CME academic standards and policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Minimum).
- B.Ed. preferred (not mandatory).
- Strong command of the teaching subject.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Basic computer and online teaching skills.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

- Smart classroom teaching.
- Digital board/PPT teaching.
- Google Meet/Zoom proficiency.
- MS Office / Google Workspace.

Working Hours
Working hours will be assigned based on the class schedule and department requirements. Additional sessions, doubt classes, or meetings may be scheduled when necessary.
