Job Title: Assistant Supervisor – Interior Work
Department: Projects / Execution
Reporting To: Site Supervisor / Project Manager
Job Summary:
The Assistant Supervisor supports the Site Supervisor in executing interior fit-out projects on-site. The role involves supervising daily activities, coordinating with workers and vendors, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day site supervision for interior works (civil, carpentry, electrical, finishing, etc.)
- Monitor work progress as per drawings and project schedule
- Coordinate with contractors, labor, and vendors on-site
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials
- Maintain quality standards and ensure work is executed as per specifications
- Support in site measurements and material verification
- Track daily work progress and report to the Site Supervisor
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies
- Assist in resolving minor site issues and escalations
- Maintain site records, checklists, and documentation
Skills & Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of interior fit-out work and materials
- Ability to read drawings (basic level)
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of site safety practices
- Ability to handle multiple tasks on-site
Qualifications:
- Diploma / ITI / Graduate (Civil / Interior / Relevant Field preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in interior or construction site work

- Timely completion of assigned tasks
- Quality of work execution
- Site discipline and safety compliance
- Coordination effectiveness with team and vendors
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
