Next Level Decor LLP is one of South India's leading distributors and experience centers for premium interior materials including laminates, veneers, acrylics, louvers, plywood, and decorative products. We work closely with architects, interior designers, contractors, and retail customers across Tamil Nadu.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage our product catalogs, price lists, vendor database, and showroom audit systems.
Job Title
Product Information & Catalog Executive
Key ResponsibilitiesCatalog & Display Management
- Maintain and organize product catalogs across all company branches.
- Ensure complete and updated series are displayed in showrooms.
- Track missing, damaged, or outdated catalogs and samples.
- Coordinate with vendors for new catalogs and display materials.
Weekly Audit & Reporting
- Conduct weekly audits of catalogs, sample books, display panels, shade cards, and product collections.
- Verify availability of all active product series.
- Prepare and submit audit reports with corrective action plans.
Price List Management
- Maintain latest vendor price lists and product information.
- Update purchase prices, selling prices, and margins.
- Track price revisions and communicate updates internally.
Vendor Database Management
- Maintain complete vendor records including:
- Contact details
- Product categories
- Price lists
- Credit terms
- Delivery timelines
- Ensure all vendor information remains updated and accessible.
Documentation & PDF Creation
- Create professional product catalogs, presentations, and PDF documents.
- Organize product data and digital files systematically.
- Maintain digital records using Google Drive and company systems.
Product Master Data Management
Maintain accurate records of:
- Product codes
- Product names
- Brands
- Categories
- Sizes and specifications
- Purchase prices
- Selling prices
- Product status
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Drive.
- Experience in creating professional PDFs and presentations.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in documentation, product management, catalog management, procurement support, or administrative roles.
- Experience in interior products, building materials, furniture, or retail industry is an added advantage.
