About Company:
A1 SKC Food Products Pvt Ltd - Leading dairy brand in pure ghee & milk products. Expanding in Hubli-Dharwad belt and nearby districts. Hiring ASE based in Hubli.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets for SKC Ghee in Hubli-Dharwad + surrounding 50km radius
2. Cover Hubli City, Dharwad City, Gokul, Unkal, Keshwapur, Vidyanagar, Navanagar retail markets daily
3. Visit assigned retail outlets, take orders, ensure stock availability & proper shelf visibility
4. Execute retailer schemes, combo offers, POSM, product tastings for ghee category
5. Collect payments from retailers, control outstanding, deposit collection daily
6. Report daily sales, beat plan, competitor activity - Nandini, Dodla, GRB to ASM
7. Distributor coordination: Ensure stock at Hubli C&FA, manage secondary sales
8. Build strong retailer relationship in Hubli-Dharwad market to increase SKC Ghee penetration
Territory Focus - Main Districts:
1. Hubli City & Suburbs - Primary territory
2. Dharwad City & Rural - Secondary territory
3. Gadag, Haveri, Belgaum rural - Weekly coverage as per beat plan
Requirements:
1. 2-5 years FMCG field sales experience. Ghee/Dairy/Oil/Food products experience MANDATORY
2. Candidates RESIDING IN HUBLI-DHARWAD ONLY will be preferred
3. Must have own 2-wheeler + valid DL. Daily field work required
4. Good communication in Kannada + Hindi + English. Local Hubli dialect advantage
5. Knowledge of Hubli-Dharwad market, retailers, lanes will be added advantage
6. Basic mobile app reporting knowledge
