Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) – SME Lending

CTC: Up to ₹9 LPA
About the Role
Moksh Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive business growth in the SME financing segment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and expanding SME lending business through direct sales, channel partners, and relationship-building with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage SME customers for various lending products.
- Drive sales and business development activities in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, DSAs, brokers, and channel partners.
- Generate leads and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Conduct customer meetings, financial assessments, and eligibility evaluations.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a healthy portfolio and support collection efforts when required.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in SME Lending, Business Loans, or Working Capital Finance.
- Strong understanding of:

- Overdraft (OD) Limits
- Machinery Finance
- Project Funding
- Warehouse Funding
- School Funding
- Term Loans
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong network within the SME ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage channel partners and direct sourcing teams.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or related field will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Self-driven and target-oriented professional.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and credit assessment.
- Experience working with NBFCs, Banks, Fintechs, or Financial Institutions.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
