About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving property sales, developing innovative marketing strategies, and building long-term client relationships. If you have a passion for real estate, strong sales expertise, and the ability to close deals effectively, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Generate quality leads through digital marketing, networking, referrals, and other sales channels
- Handle the complete sales cycle, from client inquiries to successful deal closures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns to promote projects
- Conduct market analysis to track industry trends, pricing, and competitor activities
- Organize property site visits, client presentations, and promotional events
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM software is an added advantage
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and target-oriented mindset
