Build the Digital Factory of the Future
JC Global Refineries Pvt. Ltd. is one of India's fastest-growing recycled polymer manufacturing companies. We are looking for an experienced IT professional who can build, maintain and continuously improve the organization's entire IT ecosystem across multiple manufacturing locations.
This is not a routine IT support role. We are looking for someone who can lead Digital Transformation, Manufacturing Automation, Information Security, Cloud Infrastructure and Enterprise Systems while introducing new technologies that improve productivity, reduce costs and support long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Enterprise IT Infrastructure
- Manage complete IT infrastructure across Corporate Office and Factory Units.
- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, printers and peripherals.
- Maintain Windows environment, Active Directory and user management.
- Configure and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Configure Routers, Firewalls, Managed Switches and Network Security.
- Monitor system uptime and network performance.
- Ensure minimum downtime of IT systems.
- Maintain complete IT documentation and network diagrams.
2. Manufacturing IT & Automation
Manufacturing Industry experience is Mandatory.
Support and improve technology used in manufacturing operations.
Knowledge of the following will be an added advantage:

3. ERP & Business Process Automation
- Understand complete manufacturing workflow.
- Study existing business processes.
- Identify manual activities that can be automated.
- Recommend suitable ERP improvements.
- Implement new modules.
- Coordinate ERP customization.
- Improve workflow efficiency.
- Integrate departments through automation.
- Implement approval workflows.
- Eliminate duplicate data entry.
- Ensure seamless software integration.
4. Software Evaluation & Digital Transformation
Continuously identify opportunities to introduce new technologies.
Lead implementation of:
- Manufacturing Software
- ERP Enhancements
- Workflow Management Systems
- AI Productivity Tools
- Digital Approval Systems
- Visitor Management
- Helpdesk Software
- Asset Management Software
- Maintenance Management Software (CMMS)
- Business Intelligence Dashboards

Drive digital transformation initiatives that improve productivity, visibility and decision-making across the organization.
5. Internal Certification Program (ICP)
Lead implementation of the organization's Internal Certification Program.
Responsibilities include:
- Implement Learning Management System (LMS)
- Digitize SOPs
- Digital Training Records

- Department-wise Certification Tracking
- Assessment Modules
- Training Effectiveness Reports

Integrate employee competency records with HRMS/ERP wherever feasible.
6. Document Management System (DMS)
Implement a centralized Document Management System.
Maintain:
- SOPs
- Policies

Maintain version control, approval workflow, document security and audit readiness.
7. Identity & Access Management
Manage complete user lifecycle.
Responsibilities include:
- Email ID creation
- Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace administration
- Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation
- User access matrix
- Software access allocation
- VPN access
- ERP access
- Password policy
- Multi-factor authentication
Coordinate with HR so that every new employee receives all required credentials before joining.
Immediately disable:

- Biometric Access (where applicable)
for employees leaving the organization.
8. Cloud Infrastructure
Manage:
- Cloud Servers

Ensure business continuity through proper backup and recovery planning.
9. Information Security (ISMS)
Lead implementation and maintenance of Information Security Management System.

13. Vendor Management
Coordinate with:

Evaluate vendors based on service quality and cost.
Negotiate better commercial terms to reduce IT operating costs.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or related discipline.
- 5–12+ years of experience in Manufacturing Industry.
- Experience supporting multiple manufacturing plants.
- Strong knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure.
- ERP implementation/support experience.
- Understanding of manufacturing workflows.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly to Gummidipoondi and Ganeshapuram.
- Stable employment history with long tenure in previous organizations.
