Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging mathematics lessons for primary grade students.
- Develop students' numerical, logical, and problem-solving skills through age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation.
- Assess and monitor student progress through classwork, assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavior.
- Provide timely feedback to students and parents regarding academic progress.
- Integrate hands-on activities, games, and technology to enhance learning outcomes.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, question papers, and other instructional materials.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective curriculum implementation and student success.
- Adhere to school policies, procedures, and safeguarding guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Prior teaching experience in primary grades is desirable.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to create engaging and student-centered learning experiences.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
