About the Role
company is looking for an experienced and proactive Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for procurement, production planning, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and vendor management while ensuring cost efficiency and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead demand forecasting and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
- Manage procurement activities, vendor sourcing, negotiations, and performance.
- Coordinate production planning and ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and improve warehouse efficiency.
- Oversee logistics, dispatch, and distribution operations to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize ERP systems and supply chain tools for planning and reporting.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, product, and manufacturing teams.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Lead and mentor supply chain teams while driving KPI-based performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations management.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and inventory management tools.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Toys, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, or Retail industries.
- Exposure to sourcing, import/export operations, and scaling supply chain processes.
