Position: Senior Executive – Warehouse & Logistics

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Executive with strong expertise in logistics and import-export operations. The role involves managing end-to-end shipment processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders for smooth and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute domestic & international (import/export) shipments
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, transporters, and customers for timely clearance and delivery
- Handle end-to-end shipment documentation including PI, CI, PL, BOE, and shipping bills
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations, DGFT policies, and international trade requirements
- Track shipments, resolve delays, and manage logistics-related escalations
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, production, QA/QC, finance) for shipment readiness
- Arrange factory stuffing, container movement, and customs approvals
- Handle re-export/re-import cases under repair/replacement scenarios
- Verify HSN codes, duty structure, and documentation accuracy before filing
- Monitor shipments to ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports (weekly/monthly)
- Manage GRN, shipment traceability, and reverse logistics processes
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 4–6 years of experience in logistics, with strong exposure to import-export operations and compliance
