Responsibilities:
- Own usage data for multiple products and understand complex data structures, including resolving data pipeline issues independently.

Fulfill complex requests for information about the customer base by connecting data across multiple products with commercial information.

Build Power BI dashboards that meet team standards from both a visual and technical perspective. Understand Power BI semantic models and how data is organized across the company.

Help optimize data structures, models, and reporting outputs for AI use cases, ensuring trusted data can be effectively connected to and used by AI agents.

Use simple SQL queries to support analysis.

Translate stakeholder requests into clear technical requirements and execute against them.

Apply critical thinking, quantitative reasoning, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving to business and product questions.

Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and contribute to shared objectives.

Manage work with strong organization and follow-through while building independence in prioritization and execution.
Qualifications:
- Experience in product analytics, business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role aligned to Product Analyst responsibilities.

Strong working knowledge of Power BI, including dashboard creation and semantic model understanding. A portfolio is appreciated.

3–6 years of experience.

Ability to work with complex datasets and investigate data pipeline issues.

Familiarity with SQL for basic querying and analysis.

Experience working with Salesforce and/or integrating data across different enterprise systems.

Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with careful attention to detail.
