Job Overview
Glodent Dental Clinic is looking for dedicated and patient-focused BDS doctors to join our growing team across multiple Chennai locations. The candidate should be passionate about delivering high-quality dental care and building strong patient relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general dental procedures such as scaling, fillings, extractions, and basic restorations
- Diagnose dental conditions and prepare treatment plans for patients
- Assist and support procedures like aligners, orthodontics, and cosmetic dentistry
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care
- Ensure infection control and sterilization protocols are followed
- Coordinate with the dental team for smooth clinic workflow and patient care
Requirements
- BDS degree from a recognized dental college
- Valid Dental Council registration
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil
- Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism
- Freshers or experienced dentists can apply
Preferred Skills
- Interest in invisible aligners and smile design treatments
- Patient counselling and treatment explanation skills
- Teamwork and clinic management abilities
