Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing KPIs related to Incidents, Requests, Changes, Problems, and Major Incidents across all Technology projects.
Coordinate with the respective Service Delivery Manager / Coordinator for each team (Security, Smart Office, Infrastructure) to gather analysis regarding any discrepancies in KPI trends.
Compile SLA Violation KPIs and the corresponding justifications for trend deviations.
Manage the Service Catalog (including adding, deleting, or modifying services) and ensure these changes are accurately reflected in JIRA ticketing tool (Coordinate with JIRA team).
Prepare a monthly presentation, which will be based on the established KPIs and their accompanying analysis.
Problem Management includes ensuring that every major incident is formally documented in ISQC and that the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle has been successfully executed.
Address first level escalations related to performance of deliverables.
Identify and highlight the automation possibilities on routine tasks.
