Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store & Purchase Assistant to manage daily store and inventory operations for our Multicuisine Fine Dining Restaurants/Central Kitchen Commissary. The role involves receiving, issuing, and organizing raw materials, ensuring proper storage conditions, and maintaining accurate stock records.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive raw materials, ingredients, packaging items, and supplies from vendors
- Verify quantity and quality of received items against purchase orders
- Properly store goods following FIFO methods and hygiene standards
- Issue materials to kitchen/production team as per requisition
- Maintain daily stock records and update inventory sheets/software
- Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies
- Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in the store area
- Monitor expiry dates, damaged items, and storage conditions
- Assist with vendor returns, replacements, and documentation
- Coordinate with kitchen, procurement, and accounts teams for smooth operations
- Follow food safety & hygiene standards (FSSAI guidelines)
Requirements
- Minimum 10th/12th pass; or Graduate in any related field preferred
- Min 6 months to 2 years experience in restaurant store operations (preferred)
- Knowledge of raw materials, perishables, and kitchen supplies
- Basic computer Knowledge and skills (Excel, inventory software)
- Good communication, math, and record-keeping skills
- Should have valid 2-wheeler license (gear / non-gear)

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
