Job Title: Junior Executive – Operations (Diamonds & Jewelry Industry)

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Junior Executive – Operations to support key backend processes such as order management, production coordination, stock handling, and inventory control in the Diamonds & Jewelry industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer and stock orders, enter product details, and generate job orders
- Coordinate with production teams and Karigars for smooth job execution
- Issue diamonds/stones and maintain accurate records
- Manage product images and upload them to JMS software
- Assist in repairs, remakes, and prepare sales trip documentation
- Perform regular stock tally and support inventory accuracy
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- 0.6 –1 years of experience in back-end operations, preferably in jewelry or manufacturing
- Familiarity with ERP, inventory systems, or JMS software is a plus

- Strong coordination and attention to detail
- Effective communication and follow-up skills
- Process-oriented with good data management abilities
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven and team-based environment
