Key Responsibilities :
Demand Forecasting – Analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and customer demand patterns to accurately predict future production requirements and avoid shortages or overproduction.
Production Planning – Developing efficient production schedules, allocating resources, and coordinating manufacturing activities to ensure smooth operations and timely output.
Inventory Management – Monitoring stock levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to maintain optimal inventory and reduce carrying costs.
Waste Reduction – Applying lean manufacturing practices and process improvements to reduce scrap, defects, and unnecessary resource consumption.
On-time Delivery – Ensuring production targets are met and coordinating with logistics teams to deliver products to customers within committed timelines.
Procurement & Buying Team Coordination – Working closely with procurement and buying teams to ensure timely sourcing of materials, vendor management, cost-effective purchasing, and uninterrupted supply chain operations.
