Job Summary:
The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience, achieving store sales targets, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Service
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
- Convert customer inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Store Operations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as per company guidelines.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and stocked.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Support store opening and closing activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
Billing & Documentation
- Assist customers with billing and payment processes.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales.
- Basic knowledge of billing systems and POS operations.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualification:
- 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
Age Criteria:
Salary:
- Up to ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience).

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in retail store sales.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
