Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager for IT Sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for IT services such as website development, digital marketing, and software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms
- Sell IT services including Website Development, SEO, SMM, PPC, and Software Solutions
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations
- Negotiate deals and close sales successfully
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) for project execution
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of IT services and digital marketing
- Proven experience in sales or business development
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
Qualification:
- Graduate in any stream (MBA in Marketing/IT preferred)
