About the Role
DigiMantra is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive – SEO with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in search engine optimization and digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO strategies, content optimization, technical SEO, and website performance, along with basic knowledge of PPC and design tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic search performance.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content for search engines and AI-powered search/answer engines, ensuring strong topical authority and content relevance.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
- Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly content and improve existing web pages and blogs.
- Work closely with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations, resolve website issues, and improve Core Web Vitals and overall site performance.
- Track, analyse, and report SEO metrics, including keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and user engagement, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage and optimize content on WordPress, including publishing and updating pages, managing meta titles and descriptions, internal linking, image optimization, and implementing on-page SEO using plugins such as Yoast SEO or Rank Math.
- Assist in planning and monitoring Google Ads (PPC) campaigns, including keyword research, campaign structure, and performance tracking.
- Create basic marketing creatives such as blog banners, social media posts, and promotional assets using Canva or similar design tools.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, AI search developments, and digital marketing best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and content optimization.
- Solid understanding of keyword research, search intent, topical authority, and optimization for AI-powered search experiences.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent platforms.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and SEO plugins like Yoast SEO or Rank Math.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads (PPC) and campaign performance analysis.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, collaborate across teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
