Job Responsibilities:
- Guide students and parents about our courses and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-ins, phone enquiries, and online leads.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain student records and update the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams.
- Provide excellent support throughout the admission process.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in counselling, sales, admissions.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM.
