Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Remote Construction Electrical Monitoring Executive to support ongoing construction projects across the United States from our India office. The role involves remotely monitoring electrical installation activities, reviewing live site progress, coordinating with on-site electricians and project managers, tracking project milestones, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and preparing daily reports.
This role does not involve performing electrical installation work. Instead, it focuses on project monitoring, quality assurance, documentation, and coordination with US-based construction teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily electrical construction activities through live CCTV feeds, project management software, photographs, videos, and field reports.
- Review installation progress of conduits, panels, switchgear, cable trays, lighting, transformers, and electrical equipment.
- Verify that work is executed according to approved electrical drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with US site supervisors, project managers, electricians, and subcontractors regarding work progress and pending activities.
- Identify installation issues, safety concerns, delays, or quality deviations and escalate them promptly.
- Maintain daily progress reports (DPR), productivity trackers, and issue logs.
- Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
- Track material deliveries and monitor installation status.
- Conduct virtual quality inspections using site photographs and videos.
- Monitor project timelines and update stakeholders on project milestones.
- Maintain accurate documentation and project records.
- Attend virtual meetings with US construction teams during assigned shifts.
- Ensure all project documentation is updated in project management software.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in electrical construction projects.
- Good understanding of commercial, industrial, or residential electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and construction documents.
- Experience working with construction project documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in US shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting US, Canadian, Australian, or UK construction projects.
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards.
- Experience with remote project coordination.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
