Key Responsibilities
SAP Support & Administration
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP modules (B1) and business users.
- Monitor SAP system performance and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution.
- Manage user access, authorizations, and security roles.
- Assist in SAP upgrades, patches, and system enhancements.
- Prepare and maintain SAP-related documentation and reports.
System Integration
- Ensure smooth integration between SAP and third-party applications.
- Support data migration, synchronization, and interface management.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for integration projects.
- Monitor data flow and troubleshoot integration-related issues.
System Administration
- Manage servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.
- Maintain system security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software systems.
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance activities.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users.
- Handle IT helpdesk tickets and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
FMCG Operations Support
- Support IT systems related to sales, distribution, inventory, warehouse, and supply chain operations.
- Should have knowledge/experience on Pet Pooja portal.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes through technology.
- Ensure system availability and minimal downtime for business-critical operations.
