We are looking for a passionate and skilled Spoken English Faculty to join our Career Companion institute. The candidate will be responsible for training students to improve their English speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. The role requires creating an engaging and interactive classroom environment that encourages students to communicate confidently in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Spoken English classes for students of different levels (beginner to advanced).
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials based on student needs.
- Focus on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency improvement.
- Encourage student participation through group discussions, activities, and presentations.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain attendance records and student performance reports.
- Motivate students to build confidence in real-life communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in English or related field).
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to handle students of different age groups.
