Job Description: -
Handle end-to-end HR operations and recruitment. - Manage labour handling and workforce coordination. - Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Factory Act, ESI, PF, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements. - Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination. - Handle employee grievances, discipline, and engagement activities. - Coordinate with government authorities and maintain compliance documentation. - Good communication, MS Office, and HR documentation skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,316.16 per month
