We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Spanish Language Teacher to join our team and inspire students through engaging and meaningful language learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Spanish lessons for students in the PYP and/or MYP.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and language acquisition.
- Develop students' listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills through interactive and inquiry-based teaching strategies.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Assess student learning and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Integrate technology and creative teaching resources into classroom instruction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support interdisciplinary learning and school initiatives.
- Participate actively in curriculum planning, professional development, parent meetings, and school events.
- Uphold the values and philosophy of the International Baccalaureate (IB).
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Spanish, Foreign Languages, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience teaching Spanish in an IB, Cambridge, IGCSE, ICSE, CBSE, or international school is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children in an inquiry-driven learning environment.
