Job Summary
We are looking for a courteous and service-oriented Steward to join our team. The Steward will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, assisting guests, and ensuring a smooth dining and retail experience at our outlet.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Service
- Greet and welcome guests warmly.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about sweets, snacks, and beverages.
- Take and serve orders accurately and efficiently.
- Address customer queries and resolve basic concerns politely.
Operational Support
- Ensure tables, counters, and service areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables.
- Coordinate with kitchen and cashier teams for smooth order flow.
- Follow SOPs for hygiene, food handling, and service standards.
Sales & Upselling
- Suggest add-ons, specials, and seasonal offerings.
- Promote new launches and festive collections.
- Support store targets through proactive engagement.
Compliance & Hygiene
- Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 10th/12th pass (Hospitality background preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in F&B / Café / Retail (Freshers welcome).
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English; Marathi is a plus).
- Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
