The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative functions related to transport, cafeteria services and general operations. The role ensures smooth facility management, vendor coordination, and enhanced employee experience through efficient service delivery.
1. Cafeteria / Café Management
Supervise cafeteria operations to ensure hygiene, quality, and service standards.
Coordinate with food vendors for menu planning, pricing, and service delivery.
Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations.
Handle employee feedback and improve cafeteria services accordingly.
Track and verify billing, consumption reports, and vendor payments.
2. General Administration
Oversee daily office administration activities and facility upkeep.
Manage housekeeping, security, and other facility-related services.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and repairs.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
Maintain administrative records, inventory, and documentation.
3. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports for transport, cafeteria, and admin activities.
Track budgets, expenses, and cost.
Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and corporate standards.
4. Transport Management
Plan, coordinate, and monitor employee transport operations (pick-up & drop schedules).
Manage transport vendors, contracts, billing, and service quality.
Ensure route optimization, cost control, and adherence to safety standards.
Handle employee transport requests, issues, and escalation resolution.
Maintain transport-related records, MIS reports, and compliance documentation.
